A previous Graduate Bid Writer has said:

I left university in 2018 not knowing what I wanted to do. I ended up falling back into what I had done previously hospitality. I gained a place on to a landlord fasttrack programme thinking thats where my future lay but I soon realised this wasnt what I wanted to be doing. After a copywriting role I wanted to find somewhere that would give me a foothold in my career which is when I applied to be a Graduate Bid Writer at NCHA.

I was lucky enough to be given the role and started a fully workfromhome role in 2020 during COVID. It was a job I had never done before in an industry I only had surface level knowledge of. Despite that my managers at NCHA took the time to develop my skills offering further responsibilities as time went on. Managers here are always looking at ways to progress your skills and prospects whether thats through training onthejob learning or through leadership programmes.

Despite periods of Imposter Syndrome at times Ive been made to feel fully at home at NCHA in Business Development and in the role. NCHA has a culture of caring and of teamwork that I have never experienced before and you can see why so many staff stay for decades (Ill hopefully be one of those as well).
