Manage mentor and support multiple Sales Team Leaders and their teams.
Drive daily weekly and monthly sales targets across all teams.
Track performance metrics (individual team and overall) and ensure consistent achievement.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify gaps areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular reviews with Team Leaders to monitor team health motivation and effectiveness.
Share insights and updates with the Sales Manager regarding performance market behavior and team feedback.
Assist in designing and rolling out incentive plans and contests to boost productivity.
Monitor process adherence call quality (in case of telecalling) and compliance standards.
Lead training upskilling and onboarding sessions for new Team Leaders and highpotential agents.
Handle secondlevel escalations and critical client issues if passed up by Team Leaders.
