Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Analyst to solve complex challenges across our Global Central Operations HR team. In todays datadriven world our HR team stands at the forefront of transforming how we understand and optimize our workforce. We need someone who can bridge raw data and strategic workforce decisions combining deep analytical expertise with business acumen. As both technical expert and trusted advisor youll turn complex people data into compelling narratives that drive organizational change partnering with leaders to shape how we build and evolve our workforce. Your passion for analytical excellence and ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations will help us make better decisions about our most valuable asset our people.
Key job responsibilities
Lead endtoend analytics solutions for complex HR challenges from problem definition to implementation
Drive datadriven decision making through sophisticated analysis and compelling storytelling
Design and implement scalable solutions using expertlevel SQL transformations
Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership (up to VP level)
Champion data quality and analytical best practices across the organization
Mentor team members in business analysis and technical skills

Imagine starting your morning by diving into workforce analytics uncovering insights that will shape our organizations future. By midmorning youre presenting findings to senior HR stakeholders translating complex data into clear recommendations. Your afternoon might involve enhancing data platforms with technical teams mentoring junior analysts or working with regional HR teams to align global solutions with local needs. Youll move fluidly between deep analytical work and strategic discussions building relationships across HR Leadership Regional Partners and Technical teams. Its a role that combines technical depth with strategic thinking driving datadriven decisions across our organization.
About the team
As a senior HR Business Analyst youll be embedded within our global HR Business Partnering team supporting over 100 HR Business Partners who influence decisions across 40 countries. Youll bring datadriven insights to complex workforce challenges that impact thousands of employees and leaders worldwide. Our team combines strategic HR expertise with analytical rigor to drive meaningful change. While youll be the dedicated analyst within the team youll collaborate with analytics colleagues across HR ensuring decisions are powered by robust insights. Its an environment where your expertise will directly shape global people strategies while developing your business acumen.
Experience in writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau Power BI
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with Excel
Experience with SQL
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Experience in financial/business analysis
