As a Brand Designer in the Brand Innovation Lab team youll work across mediums to define the look and feel of custom campaigns for a wide range of Automotive and Restaurants brands. Through the design of compelling design components and campaign brand and visual ID systems you will create innovative work using the full Amazon canvas (i.e. Prime Video TNF Alexa Twitch IMDb Amazon Music Amazon Live) and bring to life campaign concepts that benefit the end customer while meeting client needs and pushing the creative envelope. You will support creative directors art directors and copywriters to elevate the visual delivery of every pitch and campaign deliverable and improve team materials and design systems. You will flex to support the digital build of interactive designers and collaborate with IXDs to help guide and elevate the look and feel of visual experiences ensuring that the customer experience remains visually engagingand looking for ways to inject campaign messaging and tonality and amplify the branding. Your portfolio should feature interesting insightdriven brand campaigns and ideas that solve advertiser problems through a variety of different media channels including but not limited to video social digital activations radio gaming and outdoor. This role will be clientfacing so having good presentation skills to share work in a succinct and compelling way is important.
Key job responsibilities
Create design guidelines for brand campaigns
Use Sketch Figma or XD to design UI and branding of a digital landing page
Present design work to internal teams and clients
Delivers pitch presentations in a timely manner
Create usercentered campaign executions by integrating marketing objectives target audience and creative assets into intuitive solutions
Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate with creative and technology teams
Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)

You will develop graphic systems for campaigns that meet the clients objectives amplify and elevate the brand platform create engaging customer experiences and achieve BILs goals for innovation. Through skilled visual storytelling attention to detail and an obsession with craft you confidently handle the worlds biggest brands with care and strategic iteration.

About the team
Amazons Brand Innovation Lab works with brands and agencies to develop campaigns that engage consumers at multiple stages of the marketing journey building brand awareness relevance consideration acquisition and loyalty. Our global creative team of storytellers and innovators include strategists creatives design technologists engineers producers and more collaborating to create solutions customized to our advertisers goals.
Minimum 4 years of brand design experience at advertising agencies and/or inhouse creative departments (noninternship).
A diverse online portfolio that shows a range of design work.
Strong knowledge of typography graphic design and confident in Adobe Creative Suite
Expert understanding of the latest design tools.
Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Selfmotivated team player
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallelpath projects.
The ability to understand marketing goals and work with team to build solutions
Fluency in best practices for webbased design as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
Demonstrated experience with building user interfaces across a range of platforms including desktop and mobile.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
