Our client is a highly acclaimed group of hotels located across the UK. One of their idyllic properties a luxury country house hotel set in the beautiful Cotswolds village of Broadway is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to work underneath a Michelin Star Head Chef in their 3 Rosette restaurant.

- 34000 per annum Circa 3500 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of flavourfirst British dishes using fresh locally sourced ingredients
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the hotels access to seasonal ingredients grown locally and onsite
- Showcasing highquality communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to others
- Working effectively as a team of 8
As a Junior Sous Chef you will join the team during an exciting era as they are set to welcome a brand new Head Chef shortly. This is an excellent opportunity to cook a variety of innovative British dishes using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
