Key job responsibilities
As an engineer you enjoy working on MVP products & innovating on behalf of the customer. You are motivated to own & deliver features by working across the tech stack whether it is Services big data programming on android UI or anything in between basically a developer that loves to take on new challenges and refuses to get comfortable with status quo. You enjoy building elegant systems that will scale to support millions of users. Passion for the customer and their experience with our products is a key requirement for you. We are an entirely productfocused team. Our design & code touches device software backend services device & server UI bigdata pipelines and everything in between.

5 years of noninternship professional software development experience
5 years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
5 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience as a mentor tech lead or leading an engineering team

5 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
