What you bring to SBHG:
Masters degree in family/child counseling development or psychology social services or professional counseling or related social science field.
Four 4 years direct service experience with the mentally ill children adolescents and/or adults depending on setting.
T BBS licensed MFT LCSW LPCC PsyD or PhD
2 yearspost licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision to registered interns/associates and/or practicum students in Behavioral Services or Psychology related fields preferred
Valid CA Drivers License
Meets agency driver eligibility criteria
BLS CPR/First Aid
Two 2 years supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred.
Applicants must have attained the age of 18 years of age
This position conducts oversight of the programming and service delivery; conducts staff supervision; acts as a resource for therapists in the delivery of therapeutic services; performs diagnostic evaluations; and develops treatment plans. Supports data collection and CQI efforts; maintains liaison with the County. The Program/Clinical Director shall be on the premises the number of hours necessary to manage and administer the program component of the facility in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Crisis Residential is a shortterm voluntary residential facility designed to help adults aged 18 and older experiencing a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize recover and transition back to the community. Services include therapeutic and mental health services rehabilitation and recovery services (including substance use rehabilitation) prevocational or vocational counseling medication evaluation and support daily exercise and health/wellness education and crisis intervention.
