The Specialist Product Experience 12 Month Contract) plays a key role in bringing popups and enhanced visual moments to life ensuring seamless from concept to implementation. This role collaborates crossfunctionally with internal teamsincluding Visual Merchandising Marketing Buying and Store Operationsas well as external vendors to create impactful and engaging experiences.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Support the development and of popups and enhanced visual experiences ensuring alignment with brand vision and business objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to take concepts from intake to final managing timelines approvals and deliverables.
Work closely with vendors to source materials props and fixtures that bring creative concepts to life.
Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of all aspects of the project.
Manage workback schedules and timelines across Creative Visual Merchandising Store Teams and Vendors to ensure timely .
Facilitate approvals ensuring all elements of the popup or visual experience align with brand standards and objectives.
Track and maintain project budgets working with vendors to optimize costs while maximizing impact.
Maintain internal trackers to ensure key dates milestones and activities are clearly documented and communicated across teams keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Gather and analyze insights on the performance of popups and visual moments including sales impact customer engagement and operational feedback.
Partner with internal teams to conduct postmortem reviews and recommend improvements for future activations.
Maintain accurate documentation of project details approvals and financials for tracking and reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate:
Postsecondary degree or diploma in Marketing Visual Merchandising Event Management or a related discipline.
2 years of experience in project management experiential marketing events or retail activations.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks balance priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fastpaced environment.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective crossfunctional relationships and align stakeholders.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both verbally and in writing to internal teams and external vendors.
Demonstrates sound judgment and decisionmaking when navigating moderately complex situations.
Experience negotiating with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget.
