An exciting opportunity has opened for a strategic and resultsdriven Product Managerto join a leading financial services provider. This role offers the chance to play a critical part in designing and driving lending product strategies that deliver measurable value and longterm growth.
We are searching for a confident leader with a strong grasp of financial products a deep understanding of market and customer needs and a sharp commercial mindset. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment be highly skilled in crossfunctional leadership and bring a proven track record in the full product lifecycle from strategy and development through to launch and refinement.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field
- 5 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing lending products in a financial institution
- Strong analytical capabilities and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders across operations compliance marketing and tech
- Deep understanding of governance risk and compliance within the lending space
- Exposure to international markets is highly advantageous
