VicRoads RLS founded in August 2022 by a consortium of Aware Super Australian Retirement Trust Macquarie Asset Management and the Victorian State Government operates under a long term concession deed issued by the State Government. This strategic 40year partnership is transforming VicRoads RLS into a more commercial customercentric product led and digitally advanced organisation. Annual Salary Range:Commensurate with Experience

About the Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused Product Manager to lead the endtoend development and delivery of innovative products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholdersincluding customers government bodies legal compliance and technology teamsto turn market insights into actionable strategies. Your role will involve managing product roadmaps defining priorities and ensuring delivery aligns with timelines budgets and strategic goals.
Youll be responsible for achieving financial outcomes including revenue targets and product performance metrics while supporting robust business cases and gotomarket plans.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills a passion for customercentric innovation and the ability to work crossfunctionally in a dynamic environment. About You:
Experience working within digitally transforming environments with a strong understanding of the complexities cultural shifts and change management challenges involved in driving innovation at scale
Proven experience in product management with a background in data products a bonus.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing financial targets business cases and forecasts
Demonstrated ability to translate market insights and customer needs into product requirements
Skilled at managing crossfunctional teams and stakeholder engagement including with government
Experienced in gotomarket strategy product launches and lifecycle management
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and collaboration with design and tech teams
High standards of integrity with a commitment to data privacy security and ethical decisionmaking
