Title: Manager I Customer Care CarelonRx Pharmacy (Call Center)

Location(s): Indianapolis IN St. Louis MO Cincinnati OH Nashville TN Houston TX Atlanta GA Tampa FL Miami FL

This position will take part in Elevance Healths hybrid work model which includes remote work and inoffice collaboration. The hybrid schedule for this position is one to three days per week in office. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1hour commute each way of the location listed above.

The Manager I Customer Care CarelonRx (Call Center Home Delivery) is responsible for delivering exceptional quality and customer service through leadership of service experts who support mail order pharmacy operations.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Directs implementation and administration of benefit programs.
  • Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding benefit programs procedures changes and government mandated disclosures.
  • Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business.
  • managing time and attendance payroll oversight hires trains coaches and evaluates the performance of direct reports monitoring goals and problem solves in a variety of ways.
  • Prepares and communicates information regarding standard operating procedures and all related process changes

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of1 year of experience in a leadership role and a minimum of 5 years related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications Skills and Experiences:

  • Call center management experience highly preferred.
  • Healthcare call center experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends consistently (Saturday and Sunday) highly preferred.

If this job is assigned to any Government Business Division entity the applicant and incumbent fall under a sensitive position work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions. Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances segregation of duties principles role specific training monitoring of daily job functions and sensitive data handling instructions.
