About the Role:
In this role youll be assigned to one or more facilities within your local community allowing you to build meaningful connections with the individuals you serve. You will have the opportunity to conduct inperson assessments provide individual family and group therapy and offer essential behavioral management services.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidencebased counseling services including screening assessment and treatment planning
Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans
Deliver individual family and group therapy as well as behavioral management services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at assigned LTC facilities
Maintain session documentation using the Geriatric Notes Tool (GNT)
Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice independently in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to facilities in Haslet Keller and Saginaw
Excellent organizational verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Commitment to maintaining professional relationships with patients and facility partners

Parttime position 3 days per week 24 hours weekly)
