What were looking for
Were looking for a Senior Analyst Finance & Strategy to join our GoToMarket Finance team supporting SurveyMonkeys SelfServe business. In this highimpact highly visibility role youll act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across the SelfServe organization helping drive operational and financial planning at is a unique opportunity to work on some of the companys most critical growth leversoffering a steep learning curve exposure to senior leadership and a direct connection between your work and companywide success. Youll play a key role in shaping strategy leading initiatives and solving some of our most exciting challenges.
What youll be working on
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across the SelfServe and Finance teams providing actionable insights to guide decisionmaking.
- Analyze and forecast key performance metrics (e.g. signups conversion rates AOV bookings LTV ARR) to support business growth and optimization.
- Lead financial planning efforts for the SelfServe organizationincluding quarterly forecasts annual planning and longrange modeling.
- Build and deliver clear datadriven reporting to business partners highlighting trends risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance on executive and Boardlevel presentations and strategic materials.
- Drive crossfunctional initiatives that enhance our financial capabilities especially within a highscale lowtouch business model.
Wed love to hear from people with
- 3 years of experience in FP&A data analytics or business operationsideally within a product or growthfocused organization.
- Strong financial modeling skills and business intuition with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight (Excel required; SQL preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for turning analysis into clear business recommendations and advocating effectively across teams.
- A bias for action a curious mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in fastpaced environments.
- A passion for process improvement and automationconstantly looking to optimize and challenge the status quo.
- Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
