As an IT Business Systems Analyst supporting our Warehouse Systems team you will be trusted to work on analyzing developing and supporting software solutions at our distribution center in Johns Creek GA. In this role a typical day will include:
Collaborating with warehouse operations IT development teams and end users to solve complex system integration and process efficiency challenges.
Providing daytoday systems support for warehouse software applications including afterhours and weekend support as required.
Analyzing detailed business functional and technical requirements to design and deploy solutions that support operational needs.
Performing data analysis to assist in business decisionmaking and process improvements.
Supporting the testing maintenance and evolution of warehouse applications and automation systems to ensure reliability and performance.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field (or equivalent experience: High School 5 years Associates 2 years).
The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
23 years in IT applications development programming or configuration preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
