Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Health Information Management Human Services or related Field. Experience mat be considered in lieu of Bachelors degree.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience working in the behavioral health quality improvement or health information field preferred; related health care and quality management experience may be considered. Experience in auditing compliance surveying credentialing and HIPAA regulations is essential. Proficient computer skills mastery of Microsoft Office applications and data collecting/analyzing platforms (Radar ProFiler and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Outstanding organizational skills ability to prioritize and multitask to maximize efficiency. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to established guidelines.
Other Qualifications:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Valid Drivers License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
- Must be able to complete a twoweek paid new hire orientation class; hours areapproximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
