Executive Human ResourcesJob Description:
Support with the administration and coordination of learning & training events and programmes
Provide Learning Management Systems administrative support to manage extensive scheduling and delegate management
Communicate course requirements with trainers facilities learners and external suppliers with agreed timelines
Work closely with key operational colleagues ensuring that high standards are consistently met across the team
Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters
Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
Monitor and collate P&D evaluation activity
Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed performance indicators
Maintain L&D systems including LMS content and the training content and ensure that all tracking is consistent and up to date
Query resolution for LMS system issues
Management of Capitas Digital Account Service
Coordination of Early Careers and Apprenticeship programmes
