Job Description

Job Description

This position reports to the Manager HRIS & Employee Services and is responsible for performing HRrelated duties including but not limited to:

  • Oversight of the Employee Store including supervision of clerical staff/cashiers management of the Retail Control System invoicing inventory and financial reporting.
  • Management of BIWs relationship with foodtruck vending and micromarket service providers.
  • Supervision of BIWs Mail roomservices.
  • Reconciling Employee Store monthend reports with Finance and performing basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Providing system training to clerical staff.
  • Supporting the HRIS Manager on a variety of projects including analysis implementation of new programs and system changes.
  • Assist in audits standard procedure reviews and special projects as needed.
  • Assist in resolution of HR issues or questions from walkins emails phone calls and other general correspondence as needed.
  • Assist in other areas of Human Resources as needed.

Required/Preferred Education/Training

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Associates degree in Business Human Resources or related field preferred.

Required/Preferred Experience

  • 3 5 years of customer service experience in a retail environment with supervisory experience retail management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with retail control systems required NCR Counterpoint strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Strong mathematical analytical and computer skills.
  • Exceptional writing and grammar skills; ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize daily workloads and multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong customer relations communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Basic experience in database application development preferred.
