What will you do
We are actively seeking a skilled maintenance technician for our Rhome facility. This role is crucial for conducting repairs on all operational and building equipment ensuring the seamless functioning of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
LockOut/TagOut (LOTO): Follow proper LOTO procedures to ensure equipment is safely deenergized before maintenance.
Maintenance: Perform routine and reactive maintenance on equipment (filling equipment hoses pumps etc. to ensure safe operation and reliability.
Quality Control: Ensure equipment is functioning correctly perform tests to verify systems are leaktight and weigh accurately and maintain aesthetic standards.
Logs: Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance and open requests.
Installation & Repair: Install repair and maintain equipment including new systems and oversee contractor work.
Hazardous Materials: Safely handle gases and cylinders by interpreting labels and color codes.
Safety Leadership: Promote a safety culture aiming for zero injuries emissions and leaks.
Housekeeping & Lean: Maintain a clean work environment supporting 5S and lean initiatives.
Experience Knowledge and Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent
Forklift overhead crane and clamp operation experience or ability to become certified within 60 days
Skilled in using hand tools with a strong understanding of mechanical systems enabling efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
Functional computer skills
EPA 608 Universal Certificate or must be able to obtain within 6 months (not required for RTC in BG)
Physical Demand Requirements:
Frequently pushes pulls moves and lifts up to 50 pounds independently
Frequently operates a computer using a traditional keyboard to input detailed information such as serial numbers
Manipulations (seizing holding grasping or otherwise working with hands) up to 5075 of the day
Constantly works in environments with uncontrolled climate and some exposure to outdoor weather conditions
