Position Overview:
To provide leadership and business understanding to our hourly employees. The Supervisor position is the first step in the leadership ladder that has business ownership and is accountable to produce the highest quality products that meet customer expectations while contributing to the profitability of the business.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for maintaining and understanding Key Performance Indicators through root cause analysis and action planning
- Eliminate nonvalue added work that will lead to reducing our manufacturing cost structure.
- Develop and implement process improvements that will drive critical metrics in the safety quality delivery and cost categories
- Select and develop employees in order to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Ensure products are produced with the highest quality and meet engineering specifications.
- Ensure communications are accurate and timely and reach all employees in the supervisors area of responsibility
- Utilize and maintain leader standard work
- Maintain employees time and attendance records.
- Evaluate employee performance.
- Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with Company Policy.
- Each area will have a scope of responsibility document that will expand on a specific supervisors area of responsibility
- Related duties as assigned.
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing people is required; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of PC based software (WORD & EXCEL).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in field strongly preferred
- Certification in Yellow Belt Green Belt or similar Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies preferred.
Education/Training:
- Working toward an associate or bachelors preferred but not required
The anticipated pay range for this position is $57700 $92600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including jobrelated knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location. In addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
