ROLE SUMMARY:
NazTech is our internal technology organization that drives innovation across internal operating technologies and creates powerful new tools to better serve our partners and customers. We believe in the power of bringing together the brightest minds in technology and business to create long term differentiation(s) in our business globally. This role is specifically within the Data & Analytics team which is responsible for both the Data and BI Platforms on which our technology products are built.
The Product Owner is responsible for a set of businesscritical applications within our tech stack. The positions goals include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and impact translating those requirements into a technical ask and working with our engineering team to deliver in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the development of business capabilities through all phases of the development and improvement process.
Set and communicate the overall product vision roadmaps and resources in a unified manner to secure alignment and approvals.
Partner with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements & roadmaps that will drive meaningful improvements for the company.
Manage backlog and prioritization based on changing requirements while communicating tradeoffs.
Define and monitor product KPIs(usage adoption product performance value creation)
Liaise with product team engineering & endusers to deliver updates leading storytelling to key stakeholder groups.
Facilitate adoption and drive NPS through feedback and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance or equivalent field
2 years of technical product management experience
Previous experience leading the design and development of bestinclass BI or Data tools
Experience leading product vision strategy roadmap development storytelling requirements gathering development of business and functional requirements
Experience working across a multidisciplinary tech development team such as Product Management Engineering Etc.
Comfort working with large audience groups and facilitating training
Experience managing daytoday technical delivery
Ability to autonomously influence stakeholders in challenging scenarios such as prioritization
Working experience with PowerBI Azure DevOps SQL Databricks or related technologies
