Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is looking for a Receptionist/Member Experience Representative with customer service reception and admin backgrounds to work fulltime at our Admin Center. We are looking for individuals just like you to be available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and 8:30am to 1:30pm on Saturdays. Our fulltime employees usually work about 38 to 40 hours per week.

Receptionist/Member Experience Representative Qualifications and Experience:

The Receptionist/Member Experience Representative is responsible for representing the credit union in a professional manner when greeting employees vendors members and the general public in person and on the phone. Providing the appropriate service and/or ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate person who can provide them with assistance. The Receptionist/MXRI will also conduct teller transactions at the Operations Center.

Basic Expectations for Receptionist/Member Experience Representative:

• Greets employees vendors and public when they enter Operations Center. Determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person. Answers phone and directs callers to the appropriate person. Assist with general inquiries and provide friendly professional service.
• To complete receptionist/administrative tasks including preparing and sorting all incoming and outgoing mail.

Some of the things we look for in a Receptionist/Member Experience Representative are:

• Able to communicate effectively via multiple channels (for example in person phone written via email/chat and video).
• Ability to provide top notch service with every member interaction including the ability to communicate promotions effectively.
• Previous experience and proven success in this environment.
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows based system with ease.

Compensation & Benefits:

Budgeted starting hourly rate: $16/hour.

Retirement Savings:

• Matching Contributions after 1000 hours of service 21 years of age and six months of employment. You may begin your contribution on the first pay period of the calendar quarter after one full month of employment. Entry is quarterly.
• Safe Harbor contributions. CTCU provides every eligible employee a contribution of 3 of compensation. In order to participate in the employer contributions under Safe Harbor you must be 21 years of age have 12 months of service and work at least 1000 hours during that 12 months. Safe Harbor funds are 100 vested and employees who have met eligibility requirements are eligible to receive the Safe Harbor contribution by completing one hour of service. Safe Harbor entry is semiannually.
