Join the CTCU team! Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is looking for a Receptionist/Member Experience Representative with customer service reception and admin backgrounds to work fulltime at our Admin Center. We are looking for individuals just like you to be available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and 8:30am to 1:30pm on Saturdays. Our fulltime employees usually work about 38 to 40 hours per week.
The Receptionist/Member Experience Representative is responsible for representing the credit union in a professional manner when greeting employees vendors members and the general public in person and on the phone. Providing the appropriate service and/or ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate person who can provide them with assistance. The Receptionist/MXRI will also conduct teller transactions at the Operations Center.
