Location: U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters Douglas A. Munro Headquarters Building 2703 Martin Luther
King Jr. Ave. SE; Washington DC).

The Program Manager will provide expert program management services to oversee and manage multiple projects and programs ensuring that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards and that they are compliant with relevant program management methodologies and standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain programmatic and financial management plans policies and procedures to ensure effective program management and control.
Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards and that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Identify assess and mitigate program risks and work with TMXPIO stakeholders to develop and implement necessary contingency plans to ensure program continuity and success.
Monitor and report program progress to TMXPIO stakeholders including providing regular status reports metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting as necessary to ensure program success.
Ensure compliance with program management methodologies and standards such as Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or Agile and adhere to relevant industry best practices and standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation including program plans status reports lessons learned and other relevant documents to ensure that program information is accurate uptodate and readily available.
Communicate program status issues and risks to TMXPIO stakeholders including providing timely and transparent updates and ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
Min 8 years experience
The candidate shall possess experience in program management excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage complex programs and projects.
