- License: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience: 15 years of relevant electrical design experience with a strong portfolio in healthcare and complex projects. Proven experience in leadership roles and team mentorship.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g. Revit AutoCAD SKM etc..
- Communication: Clientfacing experience with strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
- Business Acumen: Business development acumen is a strong plus.

- Expertly oversee and manage multidisciplinary project teams meticulously handling schedules budgets and critical deliverables.
- Provide invaluable technical mentorship and insightful guidance to our talented engineering staff.
- Actively contribute to business development initiatives including the creation of compelling proposals engaging presentations and the cultivation of exciting new opportunities.
