Were on the hunt for an experienced Haulage Supervisor whos passionate about transport and thrives in a dynamic/ fastpaced environment. This role offers the best of both worlds with one week based in Perth (Malaga) and every second week in Port Hedland. If you have strong leadership skills solid industry experience and a commitment to operational excellence we want to hear from you today!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly/daily truck rosters and intersite haulage movements
- Communicate with drivers and ensure timely deliveries
- Manage permits and pilots for oversize transport
- Liaise with customers provide quotes and support Finance with monthly claims
- Oversee asset servicing schedules and maintain fleet movement reports
- Assist with driver recruitment and identify scheduling gaps
- Support annual AMMS audit and maintain trailer asset register
- Organise freight runs across ReGroup sites using existing assets
- Provide adhoc support to the Bulk Haulage team as needed
About You
- Previous IndustryExperience
- MUST have a solid understanding of heavy haulage transport regulations permits and compliance requirements
- Proven experience with oversize movements & pilot arrangements
