Job Description
This role is accountable for facilitating and implementing the talent management strategy systems practices and governance. Within a global framework for talent management you will maximize human capital engagement to ensure they have the necessary templates tools guidance and materials to support the talent management practice for the organization.
Support the Human Capital community to ensure consistent and efficient of the talent management processes. Analyse relevant data formulate views and opinions and makes recommendations to enable decisionmaking on. Conduct ongoing research and trend analysis on talent management practices to bring a datadriven perspective to evolve the practices.
Key Performance Areas
Generate insights from talent analytics to inform policy and implementation decisions measure ROI and effectiveness of talent programmes.
Provide the necessary tools reporting and analytics in partnership with People Data Analytics (PDA) or within practice.
Ensure that appropriate benchmarking and peer group comparison are readily available.
Develop and implement the technology roadmap through Workday to enable the implementation of Talent and Performance Management practices.
Coordinate the configuration building and testing of all Workday solutions for the Talent and Performance Management team ensuring alignment and integration across all practices.
Work closely with the Workday technical team in communicating talent requirements and ensuring delivery within quality standards.
Use of data and analytics to provide lead and lag indicators for decision making and reporting.
Review document and develop processes tools and resources to support consistent application of the talent management processes.
Provide project and change management support to the Talent and Performance Management team.
Requirements: Skills Qualifications Experience required
Relevant qualification
Postgraduate level advantageous
Preferable: broader experience in the following areas: talent management people management technologies change management and workforce data and analytics.
Key skills that would support you in fulfilling this role include:
Minimum of 5 years People management technologies (Workday or similar) and people data analytics
Talent management experience; specifically in talent reviews identification of key talent career management and development and talent retention.
Previous experience in working in a centre of expertise (COE) is advantageous working in an abovemarket / groupwide COE is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to apply this in different business and cultural contexts.
A structured and pragmatic approach to analysing information and using this to inform recommendations and implement practical talent solutions.
Coaching and influencing stakeholders and being seen as a credible source of advice and feedback.
Help develop procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation.
Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools for recruitment performance management development career and succession planning compensation and benefits diversity employee onboarding and offboarding and retention of talent within an area of expertise ensuring compliance with specified design principles internal policies and external legal requirements. Enable the attraction development and retention of talent at a sustainable cost.
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others.
Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues enhancement of employee engagement and/or improvement of business performance.
Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing documenting and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual employee relations cases; support managers at formal hearings.
Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an indepth understanding of technology external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing education attending conferences and reading specialist media.
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization delivering highquality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
