Your Role in the Spotlight:
Youll be centre stage in our accounts department supporting the maestro of finance in keeping things shipshape. From handling invoices with flair to wrangling purchase ledgers like a seasoned pro youll ensure our hotels financial performance deserves a standing ovation.
Your Acts Include:
Processing through supplier invoices with precision
Keeping the purchase ledger ledgeringneat tidy and true
Supporting payment runs and curtain call monthend routines
Communicating with suppliers and internal cast members to resolve account queries
Assisting the Finance Manager with encore tasks and dazzling auditsThe Ideal Cast Member:
Some previous experience in the glamorous world of finance or accounts
Knows their way around a ledger better than a chorus line around a spotlight
Dances with Excel and accounting software
Possesses a keen eye for detail and a flair for financial drama
Brings a collaborative spirit and a cando attitude worthy of a matinee hero
