Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
A busy wellrespected Personal Injury Law Firm in Century City seeks a fulltime experienced Personal Injury LITIGATION PARALEGAL to join our growing firm!
Your duties will include:
Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
Propound and respond to extensive discovery
Draft various Motions Oppositions and Replies
Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
Calendaring
Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
Organize documents for filing
Drafting correspondence
Special projects as needed
Propound and respond to extensive discovery
Draft various Motions Oppositions and Replies
Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists

Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
Organize documents for filing
Drafting correspondence
Special projects as needed
Speaking Spanish fluently is a huge plus and you must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury both in the prelitigation and Litigation phases.

Compensation: $30.00 $50.00 per hour
