Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all accounting functions AP AR GL Accounting and Financial Reporting will all fall under your umbrella. You will be given autonomy to build out processes and leverage your software knowledge to improve the accounting for this company
- Lead all aspects of job cost analysis with the owner finding ways to make every project more profitable and successful
- Be heavily involved in multistate payroll This company works in a couple of different states and you will oversee the payroll for the firm
- Be the owners righthand employee and assist with legal entity structuring risk management and various other strategic and operational projects to help with longterm success
- Oversee the accounting clerk that will help with daytoday accounting activities
