Job Description
Salary: $85K $100K
Schedule: M F 7am 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Managedrywall projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans schedules and scope and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets track expenses and identify costsaving opportunities
- Work closely with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients subcontractors and internal teams
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress ensure quality control and address any challenges that may arise
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to meet project timelines and ensure proper quality control
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
- 5 years of project management experience with commercial drywall projects
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials techniques and industry standards
- Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and contracts
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
