Job Description
Join the anesthesia team in the Pensacola Florida area as a CRNA at a Level II trauma center. Work in a highquality medical environment where modern equipment and advanced technology are available to provide topnotch care. Enjoy living in a beautiful location on Floridas Emerald Coast known for its sugarwhite sand beaches and vibrant vacation atmosphere.
Cases include cardiac OB trauma orthopedics neuro vascular and general cases.
Position Highlights:
- Guaranteed Compensation: $267K per year for fulltime 40hour call positions with average compensation closer to $300K/year.
- Malpractice Coverage: Provided including tail coverage.
- SignOn Bonus: $50K.
- : Ample opportunities to push compensation beyond the base salary.
- Call: 1:12 backup call no inhouse call as long as a 30minute response time is met.
- Hours: Guaranteed 36 or 40 hours per week as scheduled with compensation for additional hours worked beyond the contract.
- Night Shifts: No night shift rotation.
- Paid Time Off: Six weeks vacation.
- Heart Experience: Experience with cardiac procedures increases compensation.
- Care Team Model: Work alongside 14 Anesthesiologists and 50 CRNAs in a collaborative supportive team.
Overview 40 Hour Call Package:
- Base Compensation: $5200 per week x 46 weeks $239200 per year
- Signon Bonus: $16667 per year
- Call Beeper: $12000 per year
- Total Call Compensation: $267867
- Excluding callback compensation (Avg $18K)
- Does not include any extra shifts or OT (Avg $15K)
