Job Description
Job Title: Industrial Painter
Pay: $23$26/hour $2/hour Shift Differential
Hours: MondayFriday 3:00 PM 12:30 AM
Location: Catoosa OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a fulltime temptohire opportunity in Catoosa OK. This position focuses on painting and prepping industrial components including small and large parts as well as performing final touchups before shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and paint specification sheets
Operate and maintain industrial paint pumps
Mix and apply multipart industrial coatings
Prep components for painting ensuring surfaces are clean and ready
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint mix room
Track and record paint usage accurately
Apply paint and correct any visible paint defects
Operate manlifts and cranes safely and efficiently
Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Heat exchanger industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of industrial painting methods and equipment
Certification to operate cranes and manlifts or willingness to obtain
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
Ability to lift climb kneel crouch push pull bend and balance as required
Strong handeye coordination
Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use
Ability to identify and address defects and ensure highquality output
Takes pride in completing work efficiently and accurately
Ability to follow job safety analysis (JSA) and detailed work instructions
