Role/ Department:

The Business Manager reports to the GFO Head of International. The Business Manager will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives high priority projects and activities related to legal entity administration. This role will focus on leveraging the Head of GFO International global leadership peers and cross functional teams to advance business priorities and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business intelligence project management and daytoday . Understanding the intricacies of various functional areas will be critical in order to facilitate effective crossfunctional and crossbusiness unit collaboration and enable efficient and informed decisionmaking. The role will support and serve as an advisor to the Head of GFO International liaising with key stakeholders conducting research and analysis and collaborating with senior business leaders on key initiatives.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Work closely with the Head of GFO International providing advice and helping to develop and manage business priorities initiatives and duties related to legal entities administration.
  • Manage relationships with important stakeholders including internal staff board members
  • Contribute to of GFO International growth strategy
  • Assist with internal and external communication ensuring that messaging is clear and consistent
  • Coordinate marketing and events (in collaboration with GFO Global and Corporate Marketing teams)
  • Provide various forms of research analysis and data to track and monitor business results
  • Lead and/or assist with high priority projects and initiatives.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Critical thinker with superior problem solving abilities who is able to organize and manage people and resources to effectively prioritize issues and respond to senior management Boards and key stakeholders
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new concepts quickly and complete multiple and diverse assignments with the highest level of quality
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and navigate multiple stakeholders and competing objectives
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong communication written/oral skills ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and concise manner
  • Ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders build longterm relationships and create a collaborative and approachable environment
  • Ability to think strategically execute with precision and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
