The Business Strategy Manager demonstrates deep problemsolving and analytical skills to efficiently frame business problems present thoughtful recommendations and guide strategic and operational decisions impacting business growth. This role performs detailed analysis identify trends and define fields of opportunity for the line of business/function. Will be responsible to communicate complicated data logic and solutions in a clear and concise manner. This role works crossfunctionally at all levels including senior leadership to drive strategy adoption and . This role uses a datadriven approach when collaborating with teams to inspire change and craft business growth.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in data AI/ML cloud and edge computing or robotics. In this role you will apply your knowledge to uncover emerging market trends and opportunities across highgrowth sectorssuch as Smart Cities IoT and Smart Factorieswhile leading pivotal initiatives that align with and improv our gotomarket approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Uses a hypothesisbased approach to structure and perform analyses extract and analyze data and address ambiguous and sophisticated problems. Identifies business insights and present findings to drive decisions.
  • Builds financial and other decisionmaking models. Uses models to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to improve decision making across a range of options. Synthesizes recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.
  • Partners across teams to develop comprehensive understanding of critical business needs identify key issues and structure problemsolving approaches accordingly. Collaborates and communicates crossfunctionally to build agreement and influence strategic vision.
  • Constructs executivelevel presentations crafting a strategic story out of the numbers to present analytical findings in clear concise and decisionimpacting manner. Influences leadership through factbased analysis.
  • Maintains uptodate knowledge of strategic frameworks industry trends and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve reengineer or maintain company performance

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Finance Economics Engineering Statistics or related field (Required)
  • Masters/Advanced Degree MBA Finance Strategy Economics (Preferred)
  • 47 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing problems identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. Required
  • 4 to 7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting including analyzing data. Required
  • Less than 2 years Project management. Experience leading project independently engaging and getting agreement from customers crafting roadmaps and project plans. Preferred
  • Management consulting corporate strategy investment banking or other experience requiring quantitative analysis. Preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Critical Thinking: Ability to define problems apply strategic frameworks and formulate actionable strategies. (Required)

Business Modeling: Deep understanding of business models pricing strategies and channel management. Skilled in building financial models conducting qualitative assessments and performing sensitivity analyses. (Required)

Forward Planning: Demonstrates foresight in planning with the ability to craft focused achievable project plans. Adept at identifying vital data and engaging customers to drive successful outcomes. (Preferred)

Executive Communication: Capable of distilling sophisticated analysis into clear executiveready written visual and verbal communications. Confident in communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership supported by a structured analytical approach. (Required)

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the wireless telecom and broader technology sectors. (Preferred)

    Base Pay Range: $88500 $159700

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
