SniderBlake Personnel is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee our clients production line in Milford OH. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations maximizing productivity and maintaining our high standards of quality.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and Motivate: Supervise and guide a team of production line workers fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Optimize Production: Monitor production flow identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and output.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards performing regular checks and addressing any issues promptly.
- Train and Develop: Provide onthejob training to team members ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Maintain Safety: Enforce safety protocols and procedures ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Manage Inventory: Track and manage materials and supplies ensuring adequate stock levels for continuous production.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Problem Solve: Proactively address and resolve production issues minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Production Line Lead or similar supervisory role in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability toread and interpret production schedules and work instructions.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Operate reach trucks forklifts and pallet jacks.
