Job Description

We are currently seeking a Golf Cart Enclosure Fabrication & Finishing Specialist at our Woodland branch. This is a fulltime position and is an awesome opportunity for an individual who is technically skilled and has a passion for craftsmanship precision and customer service. Enclosure Sewing & Fabrication Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines cutting tools and hand tools safely and effectively

Measure and cut materials accurately using basic math and measurement skills

Assemble enclosure components according to design specifications

Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards

Coordinate with teammates to meet production deadlines

Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

Lift and move materials and components up to 50 lbs using team lifts when needed

Knowledge & Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing or factory settings

Proficient with industrial sewing machines

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

Team player with good communication skills and a selfmotivated work ethic

Painting & Finishing Duties and Responsibilities:

Strip and prepare surfaces for painting using mechanical and/or chemical methods

Apply primer and finish coats with precision

Mix and match paints and coatings as needed

Maintain and clean spray equipment and paint stations

Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times

Assist in other departments when necessary and participate in crosstraining

Knowledge & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a paint shop (preferred: automotive or parts)

Familiarity with composite materials and structural painting

Comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical equipment

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Full Time Compensation: $23 $30 per hour DOE

Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Disability & Life Insurance available. A 401(k) Plan is available with a company match.
