The Boeing Companys Support Equipment (SE) capability team is part of BGS Government Services Engineering has an opening for an Associate Support Equipment (SE) Systems Engineer within the SE System Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) in Hazelwood Missouri. The SE SEIT is growing in response to a flurry of recent program wins as well as an increase in work statement on existing programs. Consider joining this outstanding team to perform a meaningful role in supporting our US and Allied warfighters around the globe.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to plan design develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
  • Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical functional and program interfaces
  • Performs various analyses to optimize the total system of systems and/or system architecture
  • Performs analyses for affordability safety reliability maintainability testability human systems integration survivability vulnerability susceptibility system security regulatory certification product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success
  • Develops the planning organization implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes tools risk issues opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes
  • Resolves crossfunctional technical issues

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
  • 2 years Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using DOORS
  • 1 years of experience developing system/subsystem requirements and verification matrices
  • 1 years of experience using BORIS to manage Risks Issues and/or Opportunity
  • 1 years of experience do you have with ModelBased
