Job Description:

With a mission to deliver bestinclass Finance technology capabilities as accelerators and enablers of growth the Mars Corporate Finance Technology (FinTech) organization plays a critical role in delivering the Enterprise Digital Transformation agenda for Mars. The Petcare Anaplan Platform St. Manager will act as the financial liaison between the Petcare Segment and Corporate . This role Is the primary lead and custodian ensuring integration of the bottoms up Anaplan work at the Segment level meets Corporate requirements and captures synergies with other applications such as Predictive or Gen AI. Additionally this role will monitor the platforms performance and implement continuous improvement for these applications as applicable. Ultimately the Petcare Anaplan Platform Sr Manager will be instrumental in working between the Petcare Segment and Corporate Segment to triangulate data assets and reporting/ insight opportunities while ensuring fit for purpose for total consolidation.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or a related field.
  • Strong experience in portfolio and project management preferably within a finance or technology environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning analysis and systems management including extensive experience with Anaplan
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or managing a platform.
  • Good understanding of business strategy finance and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders demonstrating strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Azure Anaplan) and how they integrate with Anaplan

What will be your key responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Petcare Anaplan Platform Sr. Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Support the customization and development of the Anaplan platform at the divisional level ensuring alignment with divisional needs and flexibility for financial modeling
  • Ensure that divisional forecasting budgeting and financial planning processes are fully integrated with Anaplan while ability to consolidate at Corporate level
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Anaplan capabilities and continually optimize the platform for improved functionality and scalability
  • Develop and implement protocols for data reconciliation and validation between divisional and corporate data including reporting structures
  • Regularly engaging with the Intake and Portfolio Management team other internal stakeholders and the platform vendors to secure and monitor resourcing (FTE and investment) gather feedback during the development roadmap manage expectations and communicate updates about the platforms
  • Prioritizing and implementing enhancements to Anaplan based on user feedback strategic objectives and industry best practices across Corp Segment and Divisions
  • Collaborate with finance IT and business operations teams to align forecasting budgeting and consolidation processes with corporate goals and priorities

Thebase pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location jobrelated knowledge skills andexperience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements if eligible including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the positionand employees work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicablepolicies andplans then in effect and depending on the position offered and the employees work schedule (i.e. parttime schedule) eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Companysponsored medical dental vision and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employees eligible dependents and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental will also receivethe following paidtime off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employees work schedule):120 hours of vacation per year paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100 pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar yearand 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
