Techno-Functional Business Analyst

My name is Ravi Naramsetty and I lead Martech IT at Telia Sweden. Im looking for a proactive technically curious and businesssavvy professional who thrives in dynamic crossfunctional environments.

As a TechnoFunctional Business Analyst

You will work closely with product owners business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather and translate functional and analytical requirements into clear specifications and user stories. Youll analyze business processes assess data flows and identify improvement opportunities to design scalable datainformed solutions. Your responsibilities include leading workshops defining KPIs and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery especially in Agile and SAFe environments.

Who Were Looking For

We value candidates with a strong interest in leveraging data to drive business impact particularly in areas such as marketing sales and customer engagement. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) CRM systems and marketing technology is highly appreciated as is experience with modern data tools like DBT (Data Build Tool) AWS services such as Athena or Redshift and contemporary data architectures. A background in telecom or subscriptionbased business models is considered a plus. Fluency in English is required and Swedish is a nice bonus.

To succeed in this role you are expected to bring:

• 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in a technofunctional or dataheavy role

• Strong experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying validation and transformation

• Experience with data analysis data modeling and understanding data pipelines

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including writing epics user stories and acceptance criteria

• Experience working with tools such as Jira Confluence QlikSense or Power BI

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to assess business impact and effectively prioritize features
