Job Description
Position Summary: Assist in monitoring and inspecting final initiatives and processes to ensure they meet global quality and brand standards. Help find opportunities to improve QA processes for speed testing enhance test coverage and catch issues earlier. Offer constructive feedback to management and colleagues to foster continuous improvement of departmental objectives. Help coordinate and expedite the resolution of issues as they occur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Inspect Processes: Regularly review and validate final marketing initiatives and assets across print and digital channels (web email social digital ads) to ensure compliance with global quality brand and consistency standards. Supervise live campaigns and flag any postlaunch discrepancies or issues.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide clear feedback peers to facilitate continuous process improvement within the department. Document and report QA findings clearly with detailed screenshots and issue descriptions to original authors.
- Content Quality Assurance: Check for spelling grammar formatting and template accuracy across all deliverables. Perform functional testing on interactive digital assets (landing pages forms banners etc..
- Teamwork: Work closely with development project management and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and standards.
- Test Automation: Develop implement and maintain automated test SOPs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process. Develop quality processes to be institutionalized across Marketing teams to drive product quality and client happiness.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologies in quality assurance and testing.
- Testing tools and Solutions: Use a range of quality testing tools including AIpowered solutions when suitable to guarantee deliverables meet highquality standards align with requirements and offer a professional experience for internal collaborators and external customers.
- Website & Digital Support: Provide support for defects within inhouse web platforms and related environments including clear documentation and assistance during support critical issues. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to communicate issues and contribute to potential resolutions when possible.
- Monitor identify and fix broken links through Site Improve or similar toolset
- Audits marketing websites for quality including flagging expired or out of date content and notifies content or related team.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven track record to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently ensuring steady progress ontime delivery and alignment with internal client expectations and budgets.
- Highly developed sense of urgency and dedication to customer happiness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills
- Experience or knowledge with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Ability to present and influence key business leaders and ability to build positive relationships across multiple layers in the organization
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS and web hierarchy
- Experience using quality assurance testing tools like crossbrowser testing web crawlers for broken link analysis etc.
- Continuous improvement demeanor.
Other Job Requirements:
- Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and balanced workplace environment
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in a relevant field of Computer Science Information Technology Quality Assurance or other related technical fields
- Project management or agile certification a plus
- 5 years experience in Marketing and/or Communications or Systems Quality Environment
