Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and solutionoriented Account Manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts. The Account Managers responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings strengthening client relationships coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts.

What Youll Do

Client Relationship Management & Client Satisfaction

  • Act as the daily contact for assigned clients managing communications and maintaining strong trusted relationships.
  • Understand your clients business goals and pain points proactively identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Champion a clientfirst mindset that consistently drives satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional internal teams to ensure client needs are met on time on brief and on budget.
  • Provide ongoing support to the account team that will enhance their relationships with their daytoday contacts.
  • Deliver effective and efficient documentation communication and dissemination of
  • Assist Account Leads in the development of annual account plans that meet revenue growth and profit margin targets for assigned clients.
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of DACs product offerings such as fullfunnel media search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) local SEO reputation management content strategy and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Remain knowledgeable about ongoing program activities
    • DAC will provide support through proper industry and platform training as needed

Project Management &

  • Manage internal aspects of project implementation including preparation of client engagement briefings and proposals tracking client data QA validation and reporting of internal and external client activities and communications.
  • Lead the daytoday delivery of large fullfunnel media and SEO client programs ensuring seamless across deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure project requirements are documented.
  • Develop internal relationships with all delivery teams to ensure collaboration that delivers on set client objectives and goals.
  • Support Account Directors on larger programs with executional coordination task management and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Track progress against KPIs deliver regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders and maintain overall project health via the use of internal project management tools.

Scope & Budget Management

  • Manage and track scopes of work and change orders ensuring all work is delivered within the agreed budget and timeline.
  • Effectively communicate scope implications to internal teams and clients and negotiate updates or additions as needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation of deliverables and financial parameters across your programs.

Program Reporting

  • Prepare and present weekly monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for assigned accounts with crossfunctional teams translating data into actionable insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to QBRs on larger more complex programs.

What You Bring

  • A creative capable agencyexperienced professional who takes a wide range of accountlevel responsibilities in their stride including defining shortterm goals and longterm strategy KPI monitoring and financial reporting
  • 46 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar clientfacing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (paid search social display local etc. and performance marketing best practices.
  • Experience leading daytoday program with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • A strategic mindset paired with strong attention to detail and followthrough.
  • Comfort with scope and budget discussions including tracking and negotiating.
  • Understanding of Google AdWords Google Analytics and other digital ad and analytics platforms
  • A tenacious positive person who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical skills with the ability to see all of the pieces and how each piece fits together
  • Ability to report data and to relate results to client objectives
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with members of various internal teams as well as clients and prospects
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Competency with MS Office products including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook

How We Work

This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contractspecific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $90000 USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DACs total compensation package for employees.
