Job Description
Job Title: Male Caregiver Needed for Male Client
Location:Auburn
Salary: $22 $23.50 per hour (with potential to increase by $1.50 after training certifications)
Job Type:Up to 40 hours a week
Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled male caregiver to provide comprehensive care for a male client diagnosed with Dementia.
. This position offers a competitive salary weekly pay and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full assistance with daily living activities including showering eating transfers and toileting.
- Assist the client with mobility to prevent falls while encouraging independence when possible.
- Prepare and cook all meals to ensure the clients nutritional needs are met.
- Offer minimal assistance to the clients wife as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided including observations and any changes in the clients condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in care giving particularly with clients who have Dementia or Alzheimers .
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate patient and reliable.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
