ABOUT OUTLETS AT CASTLE ROCK

Outlets at Castle Rock in CO is looking to hire a fulltime Maintenance Tech to keep our center in good repair. Do you have experience with hand tools Would you like to work with a great team of hardworking people If so please read on!
The Outlets at Castle Rock provides a pay rage of $2426 per hour excellent benefits including medical dental vision basic life insurance a 401(k) plan and PTO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain all common areas of the center including the public restrooms and parking lots to the standards set by center management for acceptable maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles as directed by the Director of Operations.
- Perform a variety of field maintenance tasks such as roof repairs pothole patching irrigation repairs paver resetting plumbing electrical lighting teak furniture refurbishment painting concrete repairs etc.
- Set up for marketing events including tents tables chairs stage etc.
- Install holiday dcor using boom lifts forklifts and ladders.
- Snow removal using shovels equipment and commercial backpack blowers.
- Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
- Support the custodial and security staff as directed by the Director of Operations.
- Interacts professionally with the public vendors and center staff; maintains effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.
- Possess complete working knowledge and familiarity of all center Emergency Procedures and work protocols.
- Maintain a safe and organized maintenance shop making sure equipment and supplies are easily accessible.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 3 years of skilled or semiskilled commercial maintenance experience including proficiency in the use of hand and power tools or an equivalent combination and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
