The Honors College is home to 1100 students from a variety of majors and backgrounds. Through our coursework and cocurricular programming we support students in cultivating ambition humility and wisdom toward excellence in mind character and community. We believe these traits maximize each students potential for both achieving their goals and making contributions to the welfare of others and the planet.
The Honors College First Year Experience Coordinator will develop implement and evaluate cocurricular events along with educational activities that promote a sense of community among Honors students. This person will advise the Honors social and service committees and create opportunities for student leadership throughout the Honors College. This position will also assist in the promotion of the Honors College to the campus and into the surrounding community through the Honors recruitment and admissions process.

Level Scope:
Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills policies and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees.

MinimumQualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary range is $50000 to $52000 annually and is commensurate with State University provides a bestinclassbenefits package including (but not limited to):
