The Labor Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support to payroll in verifying accuracy of prevailing wage and other payroll related apprentice requirements to be in compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act. This also include verifying the accuracy of union dues and fringes along with rates of pay assisting is completing any adjustments needed for corrections. This position will be the support position to ensure all payroll is processed and the proper documentation and certified payrolls are in compliance with each customer account assigned to them. This position will take direction from and support the Labor Compliance Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor payrolls for mismatching craft/classes assist with all audits on PW and Union upload all supporting documents for LCP Tracker and or other reporting software assist Labor Compliance Specialist with research and reviews. Also includes:
