What is needed to be successful
- 510 Years of management experience in Business/Operations all relevant routebased businesses are considered (Beverage Delivery Uniform Vending etc.
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry (preferred)
- Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses
- Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
- Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Current Drivers License with an excellent driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- This position is subject to a background check motor vehicle record check and drug screen
