Sales Development Representative

Location: Glasgow

Salary up to 30000 DOE

Shift: Monday to Friday 08:0020:00 1 week early 1 week late)

Hours 37.5 per week

6 Bonus

Role Details

Our Sales Development Representatives main responsibility is to generate leads and opportunities to the Business development Manager. This comes in the form of cold calling and cold written outreach. This is a key element of the sales cycle that will enable the delivery of the new business target.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer growth for Kura by identifying and targeting new prospects
  • Prospect and build a strategic list of potential clients to generate leads and foster longterm relationships
  • Engage with decisionmakers to introduce Kuras innovative services and solutions
  • Boost sales performance by creating opportunities through lead generation meetings and site visits
  • Identify and connect with key contacts within target accounts to unlock new business potential
  • Cultivate strong lasting relationships to uncover and develop new business opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for telephony engagements email outreach and social media prospecting.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings product demonstrations and facetoface appointments to drive engagement
  • Track and report on lead generation appointment scheduling and demo bookings to ensure success

Requirements

  • Ability to sell the benefits of the business including outsourced contact centre solutions and Software solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling in the contact centre industry.
  • Highly skilled negotiator (sales objection handling and commercial etc.
  • A high level of knowledge of contact centre technology customer contact strategies and market propositions
  • Highly competent in Word Excel & PowerPoint
  • Confident negotiator and ability to set up meetings
  • Influencing skills are a necessity
  • An excellent Relationship builder
  • Lead Generation specialist
