Job Description
In Bank Voice Servicing driving effortless experiences for our customers is at the core of what we do. In doing so we are both passionate and relentless in elevating our contact service experience for our Retail Bank Customers while obsessing about enabling our associates to do great work!
As a Director of Project Change and Delivery this person will partner with key stakeholders across the Retail Bank to help influence and execute on our strategic servicing initiatives. Problem solving Results Focus and Teamwork will be key competencies in this highly collaborative role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Being highly effective in leveraging and translating data to influence experiences
Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders effectively through excellent oral and written communication skills and a serviceminded attitude
Being comfortable working in a fast paced time sensitive environment

Advocating for our Customer and Associates aiming firmly at high leverage opportunities that will drive the optimal experiences and business outcomes
Experience driving results for stakeholders while caring for associate experience
Responsibilities of this role may include:
Leading projects change delivery and associate readiness for Bank Servicing
Designing developing and managing initiatives in a complex dynamic environment revising needs to meet changing requirements
Leading associates across multiple job families; coaching and mentoring associates with a goal of attracting developing and retaining talent at Capital One
Building and maintaining great relationships with partners and stakeholders including front line leaders product and tech organization to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results
Representing Bank Servicing across all levels of the organization and with external partners by leveraging strong leadership presence and communication skills
Staying informed of industry advancements and industry best practices
Leading process reinvention strategies with largely horizontal impacts
Serving as subject matter expert on process improvement initiatives
Location: This role is hybrid where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office (McLean VA Richmond VA or Wilmington DE) and the remainder of the week working virtually.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification
At least 7 years of experience in Process Management
At least 7 years of experience in People Management
At least 4 years of experience in Strategic planning
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or military experience
Process or Project Management certification (such as Lean Six Sigma PMP) or Business Management certification
9 years of experience in Process Management
9 years of experience in People Management

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $200100 $228400 for Director Project ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
