Job Description
ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Medical Center located in Greenville North Carolina are seeking a BE/BC fellowship trained NeuroOncologist. The successful candidate will join an established multidisciplinary team that includes specialists in neurology neurosurgery radiosurgery hematology oncology radiation oncology neuroradiology and neuropathology. ECU Health Medical Center proudly earned the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for Brain Tumor Care in the fall of Health Physicians provides state of the art care for patients in eastern North Carolina through a cancer care network of university faculty and hospital employed physicians in a hub and spoke model of Highlights: Employment by ECU Health Physicians Growing 9hosptial physicianled private not for profit health system with locations across eastern North Carolina Hospital privileges at ECU Health Medical Center a 974bed academic medical center and the home to eastern North Carolinas only American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer accredited Academic Comprehensive Cancer Center Established neurooncology program Growing clinical neuroscience team inclusive of 10 neurosurgeons including dualtrained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 neurologists including an interventional neurologist 4 vascular neurologists 4 neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists. The subspecialties include pediatric neurology epilepsy movement disorders headache neuromuscular sleep medicine intraoperative monitoring and neurooncology.
