Job Description
Registrar Aide
7 hrs/day 10 month contract
The Montgomery County School Board Virginia is now accepting applications for a Registrar Aide position 10 month contract) that is available at Blacksburg High School.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents community members staff and students
- Answer telephone calls take and relay messages; send and receive faxes
- Assist with sorting mail and filing records
- Enter data into the data management system
- Perform related job duties as required to assist in the running of the school counseling office
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Functional knowledge of commonly used office equipment and workflow technologies
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Ability to maintain an unquestionable degree of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask work with interruptions and work under pressure
- Ability to be dependable and punctual
FLSA: Nonexempt
SALARY:$2100.00 $38517.50 annually with benefits (current salary scale may change due tobudget considerations)
