The role is involved in the full life cycle of an application and work closely with clients and team members to understand the stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • They possess an understanding of CI/CD processes and are responsible for the design and implementation of applications build release deployment containerization and configuration control and management.

Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer with a strong emphasis on frontend development to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating intuitive responsive and visually appealing user interfaces while possessing the ability to contribute to backend services. This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks web performance optimization and design systems with enough backend experience to support endtoend development and integration.

  • 1. Frontend Development:
    Build maintain and optimize highly responsive and dynamic web applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React Angular or .
    Develop reusable UI components and libraries for scalable and consistent designs.
    Implement pixelperfect designs based on mockups and wireframes.
    Ensure web applications are accessible crossbrowser compatible and perform well on all devices.

    2. Backend Development:
    Collaborate with backend developers to design APIs and integrate them into frontend applications.
    Build or maintain lightweight backend services when needed using Python or similar backend technologies.

    3. User Experience & Design:
    Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user experiences.
    Optimize web applications for performance and usability.

    4. Collaboration & Development Practices:
    Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product QA and DevOps to ensure timely and highquality deliverables.

Stay updated on the latest trends in frontend development and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

  • 5. Testing & Maintenance:
    Write unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.
    Debug and resolve frontend and integration issues.

Frontend Development Expertise:
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React Angular or .
Strong understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and modern CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind Bootstrap MaterialUI).
Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux MobX Zustand).
Knowledge of modern web development practices including responsive design and progressive web apps (PWAs).
Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.

Web Performance & Optimization:
Expertise in optimizing web applications for speed and performance (e.g. lazy loading code splitting treeshaking).
Familiarity with frontend performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse or WebPageTest.

Other Skills:
Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g. Git).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

Backend Development Proficiency:
Basic to intermediate understanding of backend technologies such as Python or Ruby.
Familiarity with building or consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
Experience with basic database management (SQL or NoSQL e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Knowledge of testing frameworks for frontend applications (e.g. Jest Cypress or Playwright).
Experience with serverside rendering frameworks (e.g. or .
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
Experience working with microfrontend architectures.
Knowledge of web animations using libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion.
